Interfaith Diversity Network of West Africa (IDNOWA)

Founded in 2016, The Interfaith Diversity Network of West Africa (IDNOWA) is a regional network of activists, faith based individuals, LGBTQI persons, advocates and individual activists working for inclusion of diverse persons to create a world governed by respect and dignity. IDNOWA has membership in eleven west African countries; We are a membership Network. Our vision is of a world where everyone enjoys equal rights irrespective of class, religious belief, culture and sexual orientation. Our mission is guided by our belief in the respect for all humans, we are building bridges across all religions/faiths and changing attitudes towards LGBTQI people. We dialogue with faith based groups, communities, influence institutions, foster self-acceptance through education, debates, advocacy and information dissemination.
